Boyer Tax Services, P.L.L.C. not only are we traders, we have
also been clients on the other end of the phone. We have all
shared negative experiences with an organization at least one
point in our lives. Poor customer service, lack of knowledge
and training, or even being overcharged for unneeded products
or services. There is nothing more frustrating than a being
treated unfairly and having inconsistent support from one representative
to the next.
Our
team of trader tax professionals took our negative experiences
and created one of the most comprehensive and successful approaches
to customer service. Its quite simple really… treat
everyone the way you would expect to be treated by adhering
to the highest standard of standards.
Our
customer care policy exceeds the requirements of the Better
Business Bureau and Federal
Trade Commission. To avoid miscommunication and to provide
the best to our clients we also creating the following policies:
Product
Return Policy
We
understand that exchanging or returning a product purchased
online is often difficult with some retailers. We strive to
make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.
It is our goal to ensure your complete satisfaction when transacting
business with and/or interacting with our professionals.
To
exchange or return an item, please contact us by calling (877)
657-9266 or email us at customercare@boyertaxservices.com. Our
representatives will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization
number or R.M.A. with no questions asked, so long as the following
conditions are met.
Refund
Method
When you return a product under the above conditions, we will
issue a refund less shipping and handling charges. At your request,
the refund will be issued in the form of:
Processing
Time
All refunds are processed within three business days of us receiving
the returned merchandise. Credit card refunds are subject to
your cardholder agreement from the issuing bank. Check refunds
are held for 10 days to ensure original check clears.
Coupons
and Promotions
As a benefit to our clients, we occasionally offers promotional
discounts and savings. When an item is returned that was purchased
using a promotional discount, the value of the discount is deducted
from the refund amount.
Trader
Tax Preparation and Other Services
Up to 30 days after your deposit and engagement, we will provide
a full refund for services. If we have started performing a
service on your behalf we will issue a partial refund based
on the amount of time spent.
Trader
Tax Webinars and Events
Up to 30 days after the event, if you are not completely satisfied,
we will issue a refund for the full purchase price.
