Michelle H. Boyer, Vice President of Taxation

Michelle Boyer has a Masters of Accountancy (Taxation) from Brigham Young University. She has in-depth experience in trader taxation, real estate partnerships, and service industries and is a current member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

After working as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service, Michelle moved to the private tax sector taking with her valuable insider knowledge of IRS procedures. After spending years practicing in the area of trader taxation, Michelle witnessed a vast amount of misconceptions about day trading rules and traders accounting regulation. This inspired her to develop a team of hand-selected, experienced, trader tax professionals. Together, her team has created one of the largest resources where traders can come for accurate and legal tax reduction strategies and advice.

Outside of Michelle’s passionate career in taxation, she enjoys free time with her three children and takes pleasure in outdoor activities such as playing sports and gardening.

Michael W. Orr, Vice President of Accounting

A Brigham Young University graduate, Mike started his career with Arthur Anderson LLC. He was a senior consultant and developed a comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance departments and accounting policies and procedures. He has spent the last eight years as a controller in the Phoenix metroplex.

Most of Mike’s time outside of work is spent with his wife and two children. He loves the outdoors and spends most weekends dirt biking and camping.

Ryan R. Gibson, Vice President of Operations

A University of Phoenix graduate, Ryan started his career in financial and investment education. He has concentrated the last 10 years in legal entity structuring, retirement planning, tax consulting, and trust establishment. He currently lectures across the country at various educational and trading firms, teaching traders and investors about the various tax and legal structures available. In addition to his role as Vice President of Operations at our firm, he is a guest on many national talk radio networks.

When Ryan is not working, his passions are off-road exploration, spending time with his daughter, and trading derivatives.

V. Lynnett Gallagher, Director of Business Development

With over 16 years of experience in the legal field, Lynnett Gallagher provides a wealth of knowledge in legal entity formation, business development, and proper documentation of corporate formalities.

While working for one of the largest national firms that specialized in business law, Mrs. Gallagher uncovered an alarmingly wide-spread practice of drafting faulty business documents. These instances of gross negligence were made evident as her firm pierced the corporate veil of thousands of businesses. Since then, she has formed and developed many business structures with strong foundations to stand up to IRS and other litigious attacks.

Ms. Gallagher’s unique experience with business creation and formation makes her a perfect addition to our firm. Holding the position of “Director of Business Development”, she oversees the formation and creation of all trading structures formed by our firm.

Outside of Lynnett’s rewarding career, she enjoys spending free time with children, grandchildren, and her two dogs. Her hobbies include traveling, photography and outdoor activities.
